Activating Your Account

Once you signup, an activation link will be sent to your email account after you have completed the sign up process. Your account must be activated in order for you to be able to login.


Making a Service Reservation

After completing the signup process and activating your account, login and click on the Make Reservation link. Follow the steps listed there. If this is the first time making a service reservation, you will have to add your vehicle if you haven’t done so.


Locating your 17-digit VIN

Your VIN is on your vehicle registration card or automobile insurance declaration. Also, it is often imprinted on the dashboard near the windshield or inside the driver’s door jamb.


Checking Your Past and Future Reservations

To review your reservation history for past and future reservations, logon and click on the “My Reservations” link found at the top of the webpage. Your past and future reservations will be displayed.


Updating Your Email Account or Password

You must be logged in to update your account. Click on the “My Account” link found at the top of the webpage. Your account information will be displayed. You will be able to update your personal information here.


Making a Reservation Step by Step

First, you must add your vehicle to your account. Then, click on the “Make Reservation” link found at the top of this page. From the “Make Reservation” Step 1 page, choose your vehicle, enter the current mileage, and select the service operations you would like done to your vehicle and click Next. On Step 2, click on a date to search for available reservation times and select the desired time you would like to come in. If you are interested in a specific time of the day, select it from the “Select Time of Day” drop down before you click on a date. You will only see the time available for the selected time of day. Select the transportation you will require after you drop off your vehicle for service. Please include any special instructions or briefly describe the problems you may be experiencing in your vehicle in the Remarks sections. If you would like to add more service operations to this reservation you may click on the “Back To Step 1” command button. To continue with the reservation process click on the “Go To Step 3” command button. In “Step 3” please review your reservation and if satisfied click the Save the button to submit your Reservation.


Privacy and Security

After completing the signup process and activating your account, login and click on the Make Reservation link. Follow the steps listed there. If this is the first time making a service reservation, you will have to add your vehicle if you haven’t done so.


Making a Reservation by Phone

Contact your dealership and ask for the Service Customer Care Department. A service coordinator will be glad to help you.


Canceling a Reservation

Login and click on the “My Reservations” link and click on the Cancel Reservation button.


Rescheduling a Reservation

To reschedule a reservation you must login an d click on the “My Reservations” link and click on the Cancel Reservation button.


Adding a New Vehicle

In order for you to schedule a service reservation you must add your vehicle in the My Vehicle page. Add your vehicle by clicking on the My Vehicle link and follow the steps listed there.


Vehicle Status Check

Login and click on the “My Vehicles” link found at the top of the webpage. Select your vehicle from the drop down and all the information pertaining to that vehicle will be displayed.


Viewing Vehicle History

Click on the “My Vehicles” link found at the top of the webpage. Select your vehicle from the drop down and all the information pertaining to that vehicle will be displayed. You must be logged in to perform this check.


Updating Your Account

You must be logged in to update your account. Click on the “My Account” link found at the top of the webpage. Your account information will be displayed. You will be able to update your personal information here.
